At PÓAR® Wear, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility

Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
U.S. Orders

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders
We accept international returns; however:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
