Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

·  Ground Advantage Shipping: 2–5 business days

·  Priority Mail Shipping: 2–4 business days (specific days)

·  International Shipping: 7–21 business days (availability varies)

Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Incorrect Addresses

·  Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

·  Damage caused during shipping

If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We will assist you where possible.
